How To Order
Simply send us an email including you full name, postal address, phone number and your order details. The details for your order you will need to include are the product code number, the colour (if applicable) and the quantity you require.

For a custom made design send us an email with your full name, postal address, phone number and as many details as possible to describe the product you require. We will email or phone you to confirm the design of the product you have ordered.

John Smith, 28 Parker St Toowoomba Qld 4350, 0422 258 889. I would like one large wooden bird gym in green with two high perches, one low perch, a swing and bells and toys for accessories.
Once your order has been confirmed you will be emailed an invoice to pay for your item/s directly to our paypal account. You can pay either using your own paypal account, by credit card or by debit card. Total payment will include the price of the item/s plus postage and handling which is $5.99-$9.99 for most toys, accessories, seed orders and some smaller stands and perches and $9.99-$19.99 for larger gyms and stands.
Once your order has been received and payment has been made your order will be sent to your postal address and will be received by you within 2-14days. A 6 month warranty is available for any item valued at $19.99-$49.99 and 12 months for any item over $49.99. You will receive your warranty agreement and terms and conditions information with your order as well as a receipt for your purchase. Your warrantly slip and receipt must be kept together and retrained in order for you to receive repairs/replacement of faulty or damaged item/s.
